Imagine if I pointed out the war crimes of George H. W. Bush and people told me I had Bush Derangement Syndrome.
Imagine if I pointed out the war crimes of Bill Clinton and people said I was suffering from Clinton Derangement Syndrome.
Imagine if I pointed to the many war crimes of George W. Bush and was told I had Baby Bush Derangement Syndrome.
Imagine if I pointed to the war crimes of Barack Obama and his supporters labeled me as Obama Derangement Syndrome.
Any honest person is willing to acknowledge the crimes of each of these individuals and the blood on their hands.
However, when I point out the crimes of Donald Trump his people choose to ignore reality and shout "Trump Derangement Syndrome".
This is what makes Trump's cult of personality unique. Sure, some of the others have hardcore followers who ignore reality, but none have followers with the hysteria and cognitive dissonance of Donald Trump's followers.
I stopped at an empty agricultural field today with my dog. The golden brittle summer heat scorched grass was disc scored, clumps of straw and dust. Hog weed and Russian thistle scattered sporadically, plants with chemical warfare and grit. To my full color binocular sight the scene was peaceful but plain, inspirational in the way a minimalist painting calms some embroiled part of the subconscious by failing to inspire the conscious mind while engaging it. To her, the scene was a video of Tokyo at night. She darted from place to place, nose to the ground, a tapestry of chronologically ordered events unfolding for her mind in olfactory stimulation impulses as visual clues present themselves to a large predatory cat, or the combination of sight and sound inspire an owl at night. I watched her for some time adventuring through the field. I wonder if at some point humans will be able to opt for augmentation to our senses. I wonder how the world will present with the ears of an owl, the nose of a canine, and the tactical response of a feline. The result seems as if it might be like having the resolution of our eyesight in every genre of sensation.

Talk is cheap. When the government comes kicking, you're life changes. That hill you said you'd die on becomes real because you're forced to stand on it. Then you look at your kids, your spouse, the life you built, their futures, your life dead or behind bars for something made up.

These are very real events you need to know so we can build more resilient systems. Don't let your hubris convince you that you're safe. Most of my friends think I'm insane for building the tools I do, in my last gig and now. They told me to get out while I can, go do something more mainstream so you can sleep at night. To me, I'd get worse sleep living a "normal life" wishing I did something more, took a risk maybe, stood up for something I believed in.
Consider our past: 6,000 years filled with wars, famines, epidemics, and relentless emotional suffering. Isn’t it time we reevaluate the principles that have guided our lives?

The trend of people in the so-called health freedom movement throwing their support to Warp Speed Donnie is quite a disturbing spectacle. How one can be opposed to the bioweapon yet support the guy who still will brag about it? This is peak Idiocracy. Its very sad. How can anyone take these glaring hypocrites seriously? This misses the point I am making. Doesnt matter what someone says online, What matters is what they do when put in a position that the decision MUST be made, then most fold. Many of my former co-workers didnt want to get it, some knowing how bad it is, and once they were told jab or leave, only 12 or 13 of us out of close to 100 stood our ground and were fired. And my roommate knew as well, but got it for her job. I witnessed first hand how little it means when most people say they will never get it. Threaten their job, or apply any sort of real pressure, and things change real fast. Its easy to say or do things when there is no consequence to so so. But very few know what its like to be forced into poverty for actually standing ground. Its not about fear of a bug or falling for propaganda. Its about folding when pressure is applied. Basically what I am getting at is people better be ready to say no and actually mean it in the real world, not just typing no in comment threads online. And they’re doing all this shit again, so people need to be ready for really tough decisions that may cause their income to go to zero. Its not just about the jab. Its about any policy that is put in place anywhere. Who is ready to lose a job over a covid test or a mask requirement, or for refusing to enforce either should their job require it?
My opinion is that human consciousness needs to evolve, not on an "intellectual" level but emotionally and spiritually before we're able to truly build something outside of the machine that doesn't wind up being the same thing, just adjacently (best case scenario) - however I believe that's entirely possible.
If we have people who are capable of collaborating with one another instead of parasiting from or dominating over one another- then I tend to go with anarchy, but that term is wildly misunderstood. People think it means chaos and no rules. It just means no rulers - no slaves, no masters. Of course a society needs to have central principles that bind it together - what that would be, there are so many options.
We also don't all need to be one giant blob of 330 million (speaking for this country alone) because how that many people could truly be bound by a primary philosophy is beyond me. Maybe we go back to NOT being such a global "society" and more locational - i dont know.
Regarding the exiting and building / voluntaryism / anarchist / agorist approach: I've seen this done successfully on a super micro scale, some use their faith, some use the principles of natural law, some don't have a title for it it's just basic common sense, so on a micro level I have seen it work tons of times - those societies are still parallel and working together.
On a larger scale though.. that much i am not sure about, hence my reference to a need for emotional and spiritual development / healing - even just basic communication skills and self-awareness would go a very long way when it comes to exiting and building our way out of this.
