In other words, she would prefer highly classified SOCOM operations, which regularly involve black sites and torture (see this), as well as expanding the CIA’s drone program, which regularly involves wholesale slaughter of the innocent (see this and this). Perhaps she truly did have a change of heart on the war machine and is disgusted by the Dem saber rattling. Or maybe, like nearly all politicos, its a carefully crafted career move and knows she can con Republican voters by saying the right catch phrases like a certain former president did, and still does, like a pro.
