While it doesnt sound as bad as you describe, I have some similar issues with my hands. Part neuropathy, part severely calloused finger tips from an old job that I handled very hot products (circuit boards) along with the processing chemicals. I know its tough as I had a few yrs of hell since losing a job over a jab mandate, but stick it out, it'll come eventually. I never thought for one second I would be doing this line of work again, and pretty much was expecting nothing but the shittiest of shit jobs the rest of my life, so ya never know. Just keep ya head high and never give up hope. I don't know if you are a Believer or not, but God works in mysterious ways.
