Look into appealing the decision and speaking to an employment attorney, I'm not an atty and can't give legal advice. You should be able to appeal it and the states website should have info how, you're going to have to do paperwork, call them.
oh that's the easy part. I'm just confused as to how this can even be a decision. It makes no damn sense whatsoever.
